Absolutely amazing. Carrie-Anne is such a lovely calm, friendly person. I had an evening dress that needed altering. Carrie-Anne put me at ease and advised how to alter my dress to obtain a great fit. Carrie-Anne did a great job and my dress looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend to others. Took a coat with a problem zip expecting g it to be indeed of replacement. However after some minor adjustments now appears to be OK. Really good service.
